Two players are competing in a game of rock, paper, scissors, and your task is to declare the winner for each round. The game follows the traditional rules, and your job is simply to determine which player has won or, in the case of a tie, to call it a draw. You must announce the results within a specified time limit, and if you don’t succeed or miscalculate the outcomes, you will lose one life. You start with 5 lives, allowing for 5 mistakes before the game ends.
