Atari Centipede

Atari Centipede is an engaging fixed shooter arcade game where players defend against an array of creatures including centipedes, spiders, scorpions, and fleas, all with the help of their trusty bugblaster! Your goal is to survive as long as possible in this thrilling challenge. The bugblaster fires small darts targeting the segmented centipede, which typically has 10 to 12 body segments, including its head. When you hit a segment, it transforms into a mushroom and continues its descent towards you independently! To completely eliminate the centipede, you must aim for its head. You can control the blaster and aim your shots using either the keyboard or mouse to take down the centipede.
